THE METHODOLOGY

Five Elements All cultivated from within

This process doesn't have a complicated framework. It doesn't need one. What it has instead are five qualities of presence that, practiced together, teach your nervous system that it is safe enough to soften, not because anything has been applied to it, but because it has finally been met.

Attunement

Learning the subtle language of your own body. Not analyzing it. Not fixing it. Simply listening to what it's actually communicating, in real time, with curiosity rather than alarm.

Witnessing

Meeting what arises — emotion, sensation, discomfort — without needing to change it. Being present to your own experience as it is, without the urgency to make it different.

Presencing

Staying with what is, without leaving yourself. The practice of remaining in contact with your own internal experience rather than bypassing, collapsing, or going somewhere else.

Allowing

Creating space for the internal process to unfold in its own timing. Not directing it. Not managing it toward an outcome. Trusting that the body knows what it needs when it's finally given room.

Co-Regulation.

Your nervous system restores in relationship — not in isolation. Being held in the field of a regulated, attuned presence is one of the most direct ways the system learns it's safe. This is what Christine's container provides.

12 WEEKS, THREE PHASES

Each session begins not with teaching but with practice because the body needs to experience this, not understand it first. The cognitive context follows from there, guided by what arises in the room. Every week builds on the last, held within a live relational container that is itself part of how the work happens.

PHASE ONE: WEEKS 1 - 4

The first phase is not about doing anything new. It's about slowing down enough to notice what's already happening — in your body, your emotional patterns, and the way your system has been protecting you.

ABOUT CHRISTINE

She didn't learn this. She lived her way into it.

Christine spent decades pursuing healing with everything she had,  a degree in holistic nutrition, years immersed in wellness modalities, and a food business built entirely around the connection between nourishment and health. She received an MS diagnosis at 38, after years of chronic illness and doing all of it correctly by the wellness world's standards.

Her real shift came not from a new protocol but from finally stopping. From learning to sit with what was happening inside her rather than managing it into something more acceptable. Her nervous system restoration emerged through deep personal immersion and a years-long mentorship with two expert practitioners whose work is rooted in lived mastery, not certification.
