What if the missing piece isn't another tool or technique, but a different kind of relationship with your body altogether? But building a genuine relationship with your body, one that increases your capacity to stay present with your own experience rather than constantly trying to manage it?

Sit With It is a live, experiential workshop where you will begin working directly with your nervous system in real time, guided by Christine.
Unlike approaches designed to shift your state through external tools or techniques, this practice is cultivated from within, through Attunement, Witnessing, Presencing, Allowing, and Co-regulation with Christine's own regulated nervous system. It begins with your emotional experience.
Your emotional and nervous system health are deeply interconnected in ways that most approaches don't address.
When the system is met with consistent softness and presence, it gradually learns it doesn't need to brace or protect, and the body begins to feel safe enough to heal. This builds genuine capacity, resilience, and self-trust. Not a temporary state change.
The nervous system isn't something you fix. It's something you build a relationship with.

Live with Christine Ruch

Meet Christine
Christine Ruch is a Holistic Transformation Guide who works with people living with unresolved health conditions that haven't responded to traditional or alternative approaches. Her work focuses on restoring nervous system safety so the body can begin to heal from a more stable foundation.
After decades of chronic illness, including an MS diagnosis, Christine came to understand that what had been missing wasn't another protocol. It was the ability to stay with her own internal experience to meet sensation and emotion with presence rather than reaction. Sit With It grew directly from that shift.
She works from the understanding that the nervous system restores through the experience of being genuinely met with attunement, softness, and co-regulated presence. That is the environment she creates, and it is what she teaches.
