This is a private, high-touch mentorship for those who are ready to go all in on their healing. Over 6 or 9 months, an intimate container is created between you and Christine—one that allows your nervous system to experience consistent co-regulation and begin restoring from the inside out. You meet twice monthly for deep, 60-minute sessions, with ongoing support and reflection in between.
There is no rigid structure to follow and nothing to achieve. This is your process. Christine brings 20 years of lived experience across nervous system regulation, somatic work, nourishment, and spiritual practice—not to lead you, but to help you hear your own body more clearly. She walks beside you. Never ahead. Never behind.

NERVOUS SYSTEM IMMERSION 3-MONTH GROUP PROGRAM:
Build the foundation in community.
You’ve tried to figure this out on your own. You’ve gathered information, experimented with tools, and still find yourself stuck in the same cycles. What’s missing isn’t effort. It’s the right foundation.
This is a 3-month group experience designed to help you build nervous system safety and real capacity over time. Inside a guided container, you’ll begin practicing the Sit With It method in real time—learning how to stay with what’s happening in your body instead of reacting to it. As your system softens, you start making decisions from clarity instead of fear.
You’ll be supported through consistent group sessions, shared experience, and Christine’s direct guidance throughout the process. The work is practical, personal, and grounded in the same approach used in her private mentorship—just within a collective space.
This is where most clients begin their work with Christine. It is a rolling enrollment program, so you can begin when you’re ready.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Focused, personal support without a long-term commitment.
Not everyone is ready to step into a multi-month program, and that's okay. Private Sessions offer a way to work directly with Christine in a setting that's intimate and unhurried, whether you're curious about this work, moving through something specific, or want consistent support on a more flexible basis.
Each session runs 75 minutes and carries the same depth of presence as Christine's longer containers. There's nothing to prepare and no particular place you need to already be. You come as you are and the work begins from there.
